01About Storby

Storby is a mobile marketplace platform that connects local clothing stores in Morocco with customers who want to discover and explore their products. Storby provides the technology platform only; it does not sell, manufacture, or warrant any products listed on the app.

02User Types & Eligibility

2.1 Customers

Any person may use the customer-facing side of Storby without creating an account. No minimum age requirement applies to browsing; however, purchases or interactions with store owners outside of the app are governed by the terms of those respective parties.

2.2 Store Owners

To list a store on Storby, you must:

• Be a legally operating business or individual trader in Morocco.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Agree to these Terms in full.

03Store Owner Accounts

Store owners must create an account by signing in with a valid email address, Google account, or Apple ID. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Storby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful or illegal conduct.

04Store Listings & Content

4.1 Store Owner Responsibilities

Store owners are solely responsible for all content they post on Storby, including product images, descriptions, colors, sizes and store information. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to post and display the content.
• The content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• The products listed are genuine and accurately described.
• The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

4.2 Prohibited Content

Store owners must not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains offensive, hateful, or illegal material.
• Advertises counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products.

05Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Storby is a neutral platform and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any trademarks, brand names, or trade marks referenced in store listings.

Store owners who reference brand names such as Nike, Adidas, Zara, or any other registered trademark in their product listings do so entirely at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility. Storby:

• Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any third-party brand or trademark holder.
• Does not verify whether products listed are authentic, licensed, or otherwise authorised by the relevant trademark owner.
• Bears no liability for any claim, dispute, or legal action arising from a store owner's use of third-party brand names, logos, or trademarks in their listings.

Store owners are fully and solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any brand name or trademark complies with applicable intellectual property laws. Any legal consequences arising from the misuse of trademarks or the sale of counterfeit goods are the sole responsibility of the store owner.

If you are a trademark owner and believe your rights are being infringed by content on Storby, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

06Customer Use

Customers using Storby agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's functionality.
• Understand that product information is provided by store owners and not verified by Storby.

Customers interact with store owners and their products at their own discretion. Storby is not a party to any transaction between a customer and a store owner.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storby shall not be liable for:

• The accuracy, quality, or legality of products or content posted by store owners.
• Any transaction, dispute, or interaction between a customer and a store owner.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on content displayed in the app.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any trademark or intellectual property infringement by store owners.

Storby's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that user (if any) to Storby in the twelve months preceding the claim.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

Storby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

09Geographic Availability

Storby currently operates exclusively in Morocco. Store owners must be located in Morocco to register. We may expand to other countries in the future, at which point these Terms may be updated accordingly.

10Modifications to the Service

Storby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Store owners will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of Storby after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
